INFORMATION OF THE HOLDER AND RESPONSIBLE OF THE BANKS OF PERSONAL DATA

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the regulations in peru on the protection of personal data, in particular with:

  • Political constitution of Peru.

  • Law no. 29733 – Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

  • Supreme decree no. 003-2013-JUS – Regulation of the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

  • Directorial resolution no. 02-2020-JUS/DGTAIPD – Directive on the processing of personal data through surveillance systems.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED, STORED AND HANDLED

ANTARES collects, stores, treats, and you can transfer national and international (cross-border flow) personal data such as:

  • Names and surnames

  • Charge

  • Identity document, passport or identity card immigration

  • Address, phone, e-mail

  • Profession

  • Other details indicated in the electronic forms, digital or physical used by ANTARES.

These data are provided in a manner free and voluntary for users (clients, potential clients or candidates), and are indispensable for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF DATA

Personal data is stored in the following Banks of Personal Data enrolled in the National register of Protection of Personal Data:

  • “Workers” – RNPDP-PJP no. 5398

  • “Customers” – RNPDP-PJP no. 5399

  • “Providers” – RNPDP-PJP no. 5401

STORAGE TIME

  • Clients: During the business relationship, and up to 5 years after its termination, unless revocation of consent.

  • Potential customers: Up to 2 years or while not revoke their consent.

  • Applicants: Up to 2 years or while not revoke their consent.

RIGHTS OF THE HOLDER OF PERSONAL DATA

Holders may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) at any time, by submitting a request:
